What Can I Do from the Bundle's Page?

Bundle pages are the heart of Bundles V2. It's where you can create, organise and manage your entire bundle library, making it easy for your team to build professional quotes in just a few clicks.

To access your bundles, navigate to:

Sales Management โ†’ Bundles

From here, you can create new bundles, edit existing ones, organise them into categories and take advantage of the powerful new features available in Bundles V2.

On a Bundle's page, you can add the following things:

  • Categories
  • Search Terms
  • Images
  • Recommended Add-ons

These aren't required, but they greatly improve the quoting experience within the Pitcherbook.

Bundle Categories

Categories now exist purely to organise your bundles. Some common examples include:

  • Lighting
  • Fans
  • Switchboards
  • Smoke Alarms
  • Air Conditioning

Many businesses also add the a Favourites category containing their most commonly quoted bundles.

Search Terms

Search Terms make it easier for technicians to locate bundles.

For example, your Install Ceiling Fan bundle could include:

  • Fan
  • Ceiling Fan
  • Install Fan

Typing any of these into the search bar will locate the bundle.

Environments

Every bundle can be assigned to one or more Environments.

For example:

  • Residential
  • Commercial
  • After Hours

Each Environment can have its own pricing while sharing the same bundle. This means you no longer need duplicate bundles just because the pricing is different.

Bundle Images

Each bundle can display an image within the Pitcherbook. Images create a much more professional customer presentation and help customers understand exactly what they're purchasing.

Burdi will attempt to automatically assign a product image where available, but you can upload your own image at any time.

You can also prompt the technician to recommend additional bundles while quoting. This provides technicians with natural upsell opportunities.

Review Your Bundle Before Saving

Before saving your bundle, take a moment to check:

  • The correct Environment has been assigned.
  • Products and labour are accurate.
  • Images have been uploaded.
  • Search Terms have been added.
  • Recommended Add-ons are configured where appropriate.

Spending a few extra minutes setting up your bundles will make quoting significantly faster for your technicians.
