How Do I Refresh My Bundles in the Pitcherbook after Passport Selection?
How to Refresh Bundles
- Click the cog icon in the top right corner of the Pitcherbook.
- In the modal that appears, click the cog icon in the bottom left corner.
- Select Refresh Bundles.
Your bundles should now reload and update based on the selected Passport and environment.
Still Having Issues?
If your bundles still aren’t appearing:
- Check that you are in the correct environment.
- Confirm the bundle has been assigned to that environment.
- Try closing and reopening the Pitcherbook.
If the issue continues, contact Burdi Support with screenshots and details of the Passport and environment you are using.
