Why Are My Bundles Missing in the Pitcherbook?


We get asked this question a lot when users are first getting started with the Pitcherbook, so don’t worry — your bundles haven’t disappeared.

In most cases, the issue is simply that you’re viewing the wrong environment.

How to Check Your Active Environment


  1. Click the cog icon in the top right corner of the Pitcherbook.
  2. You’ll see a list of available environments.
  3. The environment highlighted in orange is your currently active environment.
  4. Switch to a different environment to view bundles associated with that environment.

Why Bundles May Not Appear

Only bundles linked to the active environment will appear during the quoting process.

For example, if a bundle is assigned to your “Residential” environment, it won’t appear while you are working in your “Commercial” environment.

How to Add a Bundle to Another Environment


If you want a bundle to appear across multiple environments:
  1. Go to the Bundles page in Burdi.
  2. Open the bundle you want to edit.
  3. Add the additional environment(s) to the bundle.
  4. Save your changes.

Once added, the bundle will appear when quoting within those environments.
