How Do I Quick-Create Bundles from the Passport?

How Do I Quick-Create Bundles from the Passport?

The Passport holds hundreds of community-built bundles. Quick Create lets you copy multiple Passport bundles into your own account in one go so they appear in The Pitcher Book.

🧭  Quick Create

  1. Go to Sales Management > My Bundles

  2. Click Create New from Passport

  3. Search for the bundle you want (e.g. weatherproof)

✅ Tick Boxes vs Review Bundle

Each row will show one of these states:

Tick box on the left â€” every product in this Passport bundle is already matched to a product in your account. You can copy it in with one click.

Review Bundle (in red) — at least one product in the bundle doesn't match anything in your account. You need to tell Burdi which of your products to use before it can be created.

Create Additional — you've already got a copy in your account. Only click this if you want a second version.

âš¡ Bulk-Copy with Tick Boxes

  1. Tick every row you want to copy

  2. Click Quick Create at the top

  3. Click Create Selected

Those bundles are now in your account and will appear in The Pitcher Book after you refresh.

TIP: Quick Create works per page. I'd suggest changing the page from 10 to 100. Repeat for each page.

🔧 Handling Review Bundle Rows

  1. Click Review Bundle on the red row

  2. For each unmatched product, type your equivalent product code or name and select it from the dropdown

  3. Click Save — the bundle now exists in your account

📦 Don't Have the Product Yet?

If a Passport bundle references a product you don't have, upload your supplier's price file first. Many products will then link automatically. You can also use Link Template Products at the top of the Passport screen to manually match products that aren't linked.

Once you've quick-created a bundle, you can edit it like any other bundle in My Bundles — add your old ServiceM8 codes as search terms, adjust labour times, and update images.
