Servicem8 Connection lost? How to reconnect

If the Burdi button is no longer visible in ServiceM8, it’s because the connection hasn’t been refreshed for a while.

What This Means

Burdi connects to ServiceM8 using a secure authentication. If the connection isn’t refreshed periodically, the authentication expires and ServiceM8 temporarily disconnects Burdi. When this happens, the Burdi button will no longer appear on your jobs.
