Why am I Seeing “No Connected Services” When Linked to ServiceM8?

Why You’re Seeing “No Connected Services” When Linked to ServiceM8

If you’ve connected Burdi to ServiceM8 but see the message “No connected services” when trying to push a bundle from the bundle page, don’t worry — it’s an easy fix.

What the Message Means

This message appears because ServiceM8 hasn’t been selected as your export option in your Export Settings.
Even if your Burdi account is already linked to ServiceM8, Burdi still needs to know which service to use when exporting your bundles. Until ServiceM8 is chosen in your settings, the system doesn’t know where to send your data — so it shows “No connected services”.
