Fixing Supplier Settings That Aren’t Applying to Your Purchases |
When supplier settings are updated in Burdi, the changes don’t automatically override the old settings already applied to existing products. As a result, you may still notice purchases posting to outdated accounts or categories, even though you’ve updated the supplier record.
To ensure the new settings apply correctly across all products linked to that supplier, you’ll need to use the “Apply to all products” option within the supplier settings page. This action updates every product associated with the supplier, preventing future purchases from using the old settings.
