What are Quote Notes and How do I Edit Them?

Quote Notes are displayed just before the Customer Signature and can be edited via general settings. 

The Quote Notes section allows you to add standard information that will appear on your Pitcherbook quotes.

You can use this section to include:

• A general description of the work being carried out.
• What's included in the quoted works.
• Warranty information.
• Additional notes or important information.
• Any exclusions that apply to the quote.

Purpose:
Quote Notes help ensure customers clearly understand the scope of work, what's included, and any important terms before accepting your quote. Adding consistent notes to every Pitcherbook also helps maintain a professional presentation and reduces the need to repeat common information on each quote.
