How Do I Edit My Emailed Quote Template?
Learn how to generate a personalised email template for your Pitcherbook quotes.
Steps
- Open the Burdi App in ServiceM8.
- Click Settings.
- Select General Settings.
- Scroll down to the Email section.
- Click Customise for my Business at the bottom of the Email section.
- Add a Header Image if you'd like one displayed at the top of your email.
- Click Generate and wait while Claude creates a personalised email template based on your business details.
- Review the generated email.
- If you're happy with the result, click Use This Body to save it as your default email template.
- To see how your email will look to customers, click the Preview toggle.
Purpose:
The Email section allows you to create a professional, personalised email template that accompanies your Pitcherbook quotes. You can add your own branding, customise the content, and preview the finished email before saving it.
Tip: If you're not happy with the generated email, click Regenerate to create another version before selecting Use This Body.
