How can I turn off 'Review Required' email notifications?

If your 'Always Review' setting is ticked under your Default Supplier Settings, you will automatically receive an email for every invoice that you import into Burdi. If you regularly bulk import invoices, we understand that this could easily clog your inbox.

The only way for this email notification to be turned off is by unticking the Always Review setting which will then now automatically push your invoices to ServiceM8/Xero if they have been read correctly and contain no errors. If you still want to review every invoice imported to your account but you don't want to receive heaps of review-required email notifications, you will have to leave this option ticked. 

Burdi can't turn off the review-required email notifications because we have to inform customers of invoices requiring action. The reason being is that tax receipts contain sensitive information and it's pertinent for us to let you know if invoices needs to be reviewed. 

However, you can create filters in your inbox to automatically store emails from Burdi in a folder so they aren't clogging up your inbox. Gmail, Outlook, and Yahoo Mail have functions to be able to do this and we recommend you implement this workaround for these 'required action' emails that you receive.
