How often Does The Job Report Refresh?

Burdi Job Reports are automatically refreshed twice per day to ensure your reporting data stays up to date.

The automatic refresh occurs:

  • Once in the morning
  • Once in the afternoon

This process updates Job Reports with the latest information available from your connected systems.

Need the Latest Information Immediately?


You don't have to wait for the next scheduled refresh.

If you've recently made changes to a job and need the Job Report updated straight away, you can manually refresh the individual Job Report at any time.

Simply:

  1. Open the Job Report.
  2. Click the Refresh button on the job.
  3. Wait a few moments for the report to update.

When Should I Manually Refresh a Job Report?

We recommend manually refreshing a Job Report after making changes such as:

  • Updating job details
  • Adding or editing Tracking Categories
  • Syncing check in and out times on a live job
  • Adding new costs to the job
  • Making any other changes in ServiceM8 that need to appear in the report
