If you already have an invoice that includes the product, you can import that invoice into Burdi. When the invoice is uploaded, Burdi will automatically create the product using the details from the invoice.
This option works well if:
You’ve already purchased the product, or
You have an invoice from your supplier.
If you don’t yet have an invoice, you can ask your supplier for a quote and use that instead.
If you want to add the product straight away, and you don't yet have an invoice, the quickest method is to upload the product information using a CSV file.
To do this:
Download the CSV product template.
Enter the product details into the template (such as product name, code, price, and any other required fields).
Upload the completed file using the CSV Product Importer in Burdi.
Once uploaded, the products will be available in your system and ready to use.
Have an invoice? Import it to automatically create the product.
Want to add products quickly or in bulk? Use the CSV upload.
Both methods achieve the same result, so choose the option that best suits your workflow.
