How do I Set Opportunity Costs Per Environment?
Different types of work carry different costs to acquire. A residential lead from Google might cost you $300, while a real estate job only needs an $80 travel charge, and an after-hours call-out might warrant $400. Burdi now lets you set the opportunity cost separately for each environment, so the right value drops into the bundle automatically based on the environment the tech picks.
Set Opportunity Costs Per Environment
Go to Sales Management > Bundles > Environments.
For each environment (e.g. Mums & Dads, VIP, Commercial, After Hours), set the Opportunity Cost to the one you want.
Save your changes.

Renaming Environments
Environment labels aren't locked. You can rename VIP to Real Estate, or anything else that fits how your business segments work, from the same Environments page.
How It Behaves in a Bundle
When the tech opens a bundle, they still need to pick the environment. As soon as they do, the matching opportunity cost populates automatically — no more typing it in each time.
Example values from the demo: Mums & Dads $200–$300, VIP/Real Estate $80, Commercial $100, After Hours $400–$500.
