 Xero disconnection issue


If you can't reconnect to Xero from within your Burdi account and you receive an error message saying that you are still connected to Xero when it's not, please follow the following steps:


Step 1: Log in to your Xero account, and go to Settings.







Step 2: Go to Connected Apps.





Step 3: Locate Burdi, then click Disconnect.







Step 4: Once you've disconnected from within Xero, head back to your Burdi account and go to Account > Integrations > Connect to Xero. 



Then, you're good to go!
